Polyolefins (HDPE, LDPE, Polypropylene, UHMW-PE)

Polyolefins represent some of the most chemically inert and slick thermoplastics in industrial manufacturing. Direct laser engraving on these materials often results in uncontrolled heat-foaming, burning, or high-translucency marks with poor visibility. LIB leverages localized micro-skin heating to permanently embed pigment flush within the polymer matrix, producing rich, high-density logos and barcodes that resist wear and moisture.
