Polyacetals: Delrin / Acetal (POM)

Polyacetals are prized for their high rigidity, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability, but their low surface energy makes them notoriously difficult to mark using standard optical lasers. Laser Ink Bonding bypasses typical surface melting and line-bleeding by fusing pigment directly into the outer polymer skin, yielding high-contrast, razor-sharp black vector marks without compromising the material's mechanical strength or tight tolerances.
