Polyamides (Nylon 6, Nylon 6/6)

Natural and white nylons possess excellent thermal resistance and toughness, but direct fiber laser processing often causes scorch marks or heat discoloration along vector paths. Laser Ink Bonding acts as a controlled thermal buffer—allowing the laser beam to cleanly lock dark pigment into the polyamide substrate while eliminating burned edges, surface charring, or raised surface debris.
